Manager Training Program
Empowering managers is what OnLoop is about. Over a span of 12 weeks, the manager training program will instruct you on how to implement Collaborative Team Development™ (CTD) within your team.
We will provide guidance through practical workshops and continuous feedback to ensure long-lasting success for each team member.
Manager training program (12 weeks)
The CTD framework articulates a hierarchical list of 5 manager actions to better understand team member needs and the actions required to enable them to perform their best work.
What’s included:
4-hour kick-off workshop at the start of the course
2-hour mid-point check in, about 6 weeks after the kick-off
Prism Summaries generation and review at the end of 12 weeks
